1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RobinBlind ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RobinBlind.
2. Eligibility
To use RobinBlind, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Own or have authorization to use the cryptocurrency wallet you connect
3. Account and Wallet
RobinBlind uses wallet-based authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet. Each user may only maintain one account on the Platform.
4. Gaming Rules
When using our games:
- All game outcomes are determined by provably fair algorithms
- Bets are final once confirmed on the blockchain
- Winnings are credited automatically to your connected wallet
- The house edge varies by game and is clearly displayed
- Maximum bet limits may apply to certain games
5. Points and Tokens
Points earned through gameplay may be converted to $GBLND tokens at a future date. The conversion rate and timing will be announced separately. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between users. RobinBlind reserves the right to modify the points system at any time.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with games
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
- Engage in collusion with other players
- Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
7. Limitation of Liability
RobinBlind is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses incurred through gambling, blockchain network issues, smart contract failures, or wallet compromises. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have deposited.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform.
